Terms of service

WowAstro produces AI-written astrological readings (natal chart, compatibility, annual forecast, daily forecast) based on your birth data. The astrological content is for reflection, self-understanding and entertainment. It is NOT:

• Medical advice — for health questions, talk to a doctor. • Legal advice — for legal questions, talk to a solicitor. • Financial advice — for money decisions, talk to a regulated adviser. • Mental health treatment — if you're in distress, please contact a qualified professional or, in the UK, the Samaritans on 116 123.

We describe astrological weather. The decisions you make in your life remain entirely yours.

You're responsible for keeping your login secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, email [email protected] and we'll lock the account.

One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are clearly fraudulent (duplicate accounts to abuse refund policies, automated abuse, etc.) — we'll explain why before doing so.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable VAT. We may change prices for new purchases; existing subscriptions stay at their original price unless we notify you at least 30 days in advance.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments Inc. (Delaware, USA), our Merchant of Record. Dodo collects the payment, handles VAT remittance, issues the receipt, and processes refunds; on your bank statement the charge typically appears as DODO* WOWASTRO. Card details are never stored on our side.

One-off readings (natal, compatibility, annual) are delivered within a few minutes of payment. If delivery fails for technical reasons, we either retry or refund — your choice.

The Daily forecast is a subscription. Trial periods convert to full paid subscriptions unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from /dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

One-off readings: full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email [email protected] with your order reference; refunds are processed by Dodo Payments Inc. (our Merchant of Record) back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Monthly subscription: cancel any time. We don't refund the current period (you keep access until it ends), but you won't be billed again.

Annual subscription: 14-day money-back from the start of the subscription. After the 14 days, we can refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis for genuine reasons (life change, moved providers, dissatisfaction) — we're not slippery about this; just email us.

Notwithstanding any of the above, your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. See /refund for the full policy.

Don't:

• Use the service to harass, defame, or doxx other people. • Buy a reading with birth data you don't have permission to use (about a third party). If you're buying a gift, that's fine — but the data must be theirs to share. • Try to break, probe, or overwhelm the service. Automated traffic that isn't on a documented API integration will be blocked. • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach the above. Where possible, we'll explain why and give you a chance to respond.

WowAstro — the brand, the site, the prompts, the codebase, the way we present the readings — belongs to us.

The specific reading we generate for you, from your data, is yours: you can save it, print it, share it with friends, use it in therapy, quote excerpts on social media.

You may not resell the reading, claim authorship of it, or use it to train other AI models. If a sample is genuinely useful for criticism or commentary, that's fine under fair use / fair dealing principles.

We do everything reasonable to keep WowAstro accurate and available. But we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free readings, or any specific outcome from reading the content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This doesn't limit liability for things UK law doesn't allow us to limit — like death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (this is the practical forum for our UK-first user base). If you have a complaint, please email [email protected] first — we will try to resolve it within 30 days. If we can't agree, you can refer the dispute to the courts of England and Wales. Consumers in the EU also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

If we materially change these terms, we'll email active users at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The 'last updated' date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
