Refund policy
Our refund rules in plain English. If anything below is unclear, email [email protected].
One-off readings (natal, compatibility, annual)
Full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions, no need to justify it, no retention emails. Email [email protected] with your order reference and refunds are processed by Dodo Payments Inc. (our Merchant of Record) back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Why 14 days: that's the statutory consumer cooling-off period under UK law (Consumer Rights Act 2015, sections 28–33) — and it's long enough to actually read the report, sit with it for a few days, and decide whether it was worth the price.
Daily forecast — Monthly subscription
Cancel at any time from /dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; we don't refund the current month (you keep access until it ends). We don't email guilt-trips or run retention flows.
Daily forecast — Annual subscription
14-day money-back guarantee from the start of the annual subscription. After the 14 days, you can still cancel anytime, and we'll refund the unused portion (pro-rata, full months only) for a genuine reason — moved providers, life change, dissatisfaction. We're not adversarial about this; just email [email protected].
Technical failures
If your reading didn't generate or didn't reach you because of a problem on our end, we either regenerate it or refund — your choice. Email [email protected] with your order reference.
Statutory rights
These terms don't affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law (or EU consumer law if you're in the EU). If our refund policy is more generous than the law requires (it usually is), the more generous version applies.
