Creator content-usage agreement

1. The barter — no money

WowAstro gives you one or two astrology readings free of charge. In return, you give us one honest video review (60–90 seconds) of your reading. No money changes hands in either direction. There is no commission, no affiliate scheme, no promo earnings and no payment — purely an exchange of a digital product for your honest content.

2. The licence you give us

You keep full ownership and copyright of your video. You grant WowAstro a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, host, edit, excerpt, caption and display that video and your written words for marketing — on our website (including as a testimonial), our social channels, and in advertising. We may shorten or subtitle it; we will not change its meaning or put words in your mouth. This is a licence, not a transfer — you remain free to use your own video however you like and to work with any other brand.

3. What you confirm

• You are 18 or older.
• The video is your own original content — you filmed it, and it contains no music, footage or trademarks owned by others that you don't have the right to use.
• Your review is your honest, genuine experience of the reading — not a script we dictated.
• Only you appear in the video (or anyone else featured has agreed to it).

4. Labelling your own posts (UK ASA)

Sharing the video with your own audience is part of the collaboration — it's what unlocks stage two (the additional readings and your 6-month daily-horoscope subscription). Because the reading was gifted to you, UK advertising rules (ASA/CAP, and the DMCC Act 2024) require you to make clear it's an ad. Put “#ad” at the very start of the caption (before any “see more”). The ASA does not accept “#gifted”, “#collab” or just tagging us on their own — use #ad (e.g. “#ad — gifted by WowAstro”). This applies whatever your follower count. When we reuse your video on our own channels, we label it too.

5. Your data (UK GDPR)

The data controller is Sento Group LLP. To run this programme we process your name, the contact details and social links you give us, and the video you send (which includes your image and voice). Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the application form.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you do, we'll stop using your video going forward (we may not be able to recall copies already printed or cached elsewhere). Withdrawing doesn't affect the free reading(s) you already received. You also have the usual GDPR rights — access, correction, erasure and complaint to the ICO. See our Privacy Policy.

6. The simple stuff

• No fees, surcharges, penalties or refunds — it's barter.
• The codes for your free reading(s) are issued up front on the understanding you'll send a video within about 7 days; if it doesn't arrive, unused codes may be deactivated.
• This agreement is between you and Sento Group LLP and is governed by the law of England & Wales.
